What TipReady is
TipReady is a software tool that helps you organize facts and prepare a tip for government whistleblower programs. It is not a law firm, not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
No government affiliation, no guaranteed payout
TipReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Department of Justice, fraud.gov, the SEC, the IRS, the CFTC or any other agency. Program details (such as the $30,000 per-tip cap or percentage shares) are summarized from public information and may change; always check the official source. We do not promise, and you should not expect, any award.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit information that is true to the best of your knowledge.
- Do not take documents you are not authorized to access, or privileged, classified or protected material.
- Review every tip before submitting. AI output can be wrong or incomplete.
- Consider speaking with a qualified attorney, particularly for large or complicated matters, before publicly submitting a tip, since timing can affect your rights.
Payment
A tip packet costs $79, paid once per tip through Stripe. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no recurring billing, and nothing renews. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
If you have an earlier monthly membership, it continues until you cancel it, and you can manage or cancel it at any time from the Dashboard via Manage subscription.
Third-party data
Company award information comes from USAspending.gov and may be incomplete or match similarly named entities. It is not evidence of wrongdoing.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TipReady is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of any tip you submit.
